The voices in my head

It all begins with a thought. Our thoughts trigger our emotions and dictate our behaviors and therefore create our reality. 

With so many factors around children that can make them feel incompetent, many children and adults suffer from negative self-talk. 

‘The voices in my head’, teaches children how thoughts can come and go and how we can choose to let them affect us. Teaching to a child that he is separate from his thoughts helps a child develop a growth mindset because he can work on changing the structure of the thought itself. Changing negative self-talk is a skill that many adults lack and this can alter our mental health. So teaching such a skill to children from a young age, can have a huge benefit on their emotional and mental well-being and their chance of developing grit and resilience.
